- Handful of Nuts (Almonds, Macadamias, Pistachios, Hazelnuts)
- Carrots
- Fruit (whatever is in the fridge!)
- Celery or piece of fruit with nut butter
- Trail Mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate chips)
- Larabar (Coconut Cream Pie is my fav)
- Beef Jerky (would be #1 but its not friends with my wallet)
